A focused massage that allows you to customize your own treatment and make the most of your busy day. Choose which area you most require relief of muscular tension and your Spa Therapist will provide targeted and specific care to this area for some much needed rescue.

Pender’s Complete Signature Massage

Not sure what your body needs? Need to find time to relax, slow your mind down and get a little therapy, a little bliss, or maybe a bit of both? The Signature treatment of the Spa has it all and strives to achieve true Body Wellness. Focusing on elements of mindfulness, alignment and bodywork, after receiving a thorough assessment with your practitioner, a focus for rebalancing an area of the body and/or mind is selected for the session. Various massage techniques including; Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Joint Release, reflexology, Chakra opening and balancing, assisted stretching and aromatherapy are just a few unique elements that can be incorporated into your treatment to help you truly unwind, release and let go from deep within. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 min. early for this treatment.

Zen Shiatsu

A Japanese healing art based on concepts of energy, movement, and health. The client remains fully clothed throughout the session and precise pressure is applied to parts of the body that correspond to the energy meridians of the body, effectively balancing body and mind and triggering our own natural healing power.

Foot Rejuvenation

A treatment that is designed to both revitalize and restore tired, sore feet. Attention and focus are first given towards improving circulation in the extremity through hydrotherapy, followed by deep pressure strokes, release of joints, and the use of reflexology to help restore balance.

Full foot reflexology 1hr: $75

Theraputic Hot & Cool Stone Massage

Heated, iron-rich Basalt stones and oils are applied to the body to help deeply relax muscles and quickly achieve a state of ‘muscle release’. Combined with the application of cool stones to increase and improve circulation as needed, as well as light to medium pressure strokes, this signature treatment is suited to those with decreased circulation and long-held muscular tensions.
