Throw Away False Eyelashes with Latisse

November 21, 2016 by Pender Medi Spa

Latisse

If you have thin, short eyelashes, there is a good chance that you can benefit from Latisse®. Some women are born with long, thick eyelashes, and they get to enjoy the benefits that come with having beautiful, youthful eyelashes. Everyone else should consider Latisse®.

False eyelashes and mascara can help, but they’re not long-term solutions for thin eyelashes. By using Latisse®, you can increase the length and thickness of your eyelashes.

Interestingly enough, the original use for the medication has nothing to do with eyelashes, but after several patients noticed the effects of Latisse® on their eyelashes, they told their doctors about it.

Latisse® is now used to obtain longer, darker and thicker eyelashes.

How Does Latisse® Work?

Since Latisse® is a topical solution, it must be applied directly to the eyelashes. Once the medication has been applied to the base of your eyelashes, it will start to improve the appearance right away.

Latisse® must be applied every night and, for optimal results, you’ll need to use the medication for up to sixteen weeks. Over time, the solution will gradually increase the growth rate, darkness and thickness of your lashes.

Initial results are seen quite quickly, but there are deeper results that go beyond the first ones. Because of this, a lot of people make the mistake of quitting the treatment too early.

Even if you’ve obtained satisfactory results, you must continue applying the solution to your eyelashes for the full duration of the treatment. According to some of the latest clinical studies, about 78 percent of Latisse® users achieve satisfactory results.

Throw Out Your False Eyelashes

Since Latisse® is an at-home treatment, you can stop wearing false eyelashes. Although it’s mostly used by women, Latisse® can provide the same beneficial effects for men.

If you want longer, thicker and dark eyelashes, then you can benefit from this treatment option. Clinical studies have shown Latisse® to be effective for the lower and upper eyelashes, and it can produce satisfactory results within 16 weeks.

If you’re tired of wearing false eyelashes and would like to dramatically improve the appearance of your lashes, then Latisse® is worth considering.

What You Need To Know

Latisse® is an at-home treatment, and it should be applied every day. For the best results, we recommend using it before you go to bed at night. The product comes with a special applicator, which makes it easy to apply the solution.

The applicator should be used to dab the solution along the base of your upper eyelashes. While you’re sleeping, the solution will automatically spread to your lower eyelids. If you want the best results, it’s a good idea to clean your eyes before you apply the solution. You should also remove contact lenses.

You should be able to see results within 14 days, but the full benefits of Latisse® can take up to 16 weeks to become apparent. If you decide to stop using Latisse®, your eyelashes might begin to shorten and thin.

If longer lashes are your desire, call Pender Medi Spa and schedule a consultation today! Located in Vancouver, we proudly serve the Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster areas.
